Jira kanban(team managed) - Done column is no longer cleared
Before the updates this summer, the done column was cleared every 7 or 14 days and you could also manually clear it. But seems like this no longer happens, and you cant clear the column manually anymore. Is the feature moved? Cant find it anywhere.

did you set a resolve to this issues? the (data center) boards clear up 14days and older, when issue is resolved. the mark "done" as a status is not a "is resolved" indicator. had a customer who didn't like the additional "resolve screen" to set a resolution and had to automate all done with no resolution to "resolved" before they dissapeared from the boards.
I figured out that the setting to change how long done items appears in the board is moved from the done column to view settings. And it is changed so instead of actually clearing items it just filters them. This means that all team members has to adjust this setting.
Thanks for the suggestion. The popup to set the resolution status is deactivated somehow, so i will try if i can activate it and see if that helps
For team managed it will mark it as resolved / unresolved whenever the item moves into or out of a status with a done status category. (For everything but jsm)
