Can anyone recommend the best video compression app for Android?

I use CapCut to edit and trim videos. For example, I had a 7-minute video that was only 50 MB. After trimming it down to 4 minutes and exporting it, the file size unexpectedly increased to 739 MB. I'm looking for an Android app that can compress the video back down to a much smaller size while preserving the same sharpness and overall quality as the original.

That's a bit too complicated for me. I'd rather use an APK app that I can install and use directly on my phone.
You need to look under releases for apps distributed on github. The apks are usually listed there. https://github.com/tharunbirla/LibreCuts/releases

ffmpeg on Termux, if you have time to learn it's the most powerful tool available
