I tried browsing play store, but haven't found one app that does not look like scam. Thanks.

Sd maid se - this uses accessibility+shizuku for deeper and faster cleaning. Cache cleaner -this uses accessibility alone, so slower than the former. Both available in F-droid .
SD Maid is the best. It has been around for a very long time, isn't some scammy company, and it works within the official Android procedures for this kind of thing.

AppMgr III doesn't work for me anymore on latest version of Samsung/Android. Looks like it starts to work, but just hangs at the point where it should clear cache.
In my experience, it depends on your needs. On an older phone I had without a lot of memory, there were apps that I didn't use often (or worse, ones that automatically started, whether or not I used them) that ended up taking a lot of memory in cache. I would periodically stop them and clear their cache to free up memory so the apps I did use regularly would have the memory they wanted. Yes, it does mean that they might start slower (though I rarely noticed this) but the tradeoff was worth it for my situation. Now phones have a lot more memory, apps are written to use cache more efficiently, processors are faster, and the OS handles apps & memory better. So clearing the cache isn't needed nearly as much, but there are still occasionally apps that have huge caches that get bigger over time. So it's nice to have a way to clear them easily without going one by one in settings.
SD Maid SE. Uses Shizuku for cache clearing, no junky antivirus stuff.
Clearing them per month basis won't be a problem!

Bit out of topic, but was clearing the caches to often is good in the first place? I used to cleared caches all the time, but then I read that clearing the cache make the app need to load the data all over again. So it just make opening app slower, draining more battery, etc. Also after we used the app, the caches will come back again, so it did not saving storage space in the end I do know that clearing caches is useful to fix some problem when your app is crashing or have some issue Maybe someone can explain?
