Been building this for a few months — it's called AFK, and it flips the usual "focus app" idea on its head. You get matched 1v1. Both players start with a 100% productivity over a fixed timer: time off your phone keeps it as it is, time on any other app pulls it down 1:1. Whoever has the higher % when time's up wins. Trophies, arenas, chests — basically a Clash Royale-style progression loop, but the "battle" is just staying off your phone longer than your opponent. I built it because every focus app I tried felt like homework — timers, guilt, blocked apps. Nothing you'd actually want to open. Wanted to see if making it feel like a game changes that. Core stuff is built. Now I need honest feedback before I go further: Would you pay for something like this? If so, what would feel fair — subscription, a one-time payment, something else? Does competing against someone (even a stranger) make you more likely to stay off your phone, or does it just add stress? Is there an obvious dealbreaker here I'm not seeing? Not trying to sell anything here, genuinely just want to know if this solves a real problem or if I'm building something only I would use. If it sounds interesting, I've got a waitlist open: afkapp . framer . website — but honestly, the feedback matters more to me right now than the signups.

great idea good for staying productive. But i have few issues like instead of 1 v 1 directly maybe a point system, or a skill tree progression, i mean 1 v1 is good but it would be good if against friends. second one it do you exclude important apps like call, basic messages, claculator and other stuff? ya the idea is great buddy keep going !!

Ahora mismo tengo un modo de Solo, en el que tu luchas porque al acabar la sesión tengas un porcentaje superior al que requiere tu arena actual para ganar, además del modo duelo que fue el que presenté en mi post. En cuanto a la segunda, si a las llamadas, pero no al resto. El problema si quiero excluir a las apps básicas es que tengo que utilizar librerías que Apple y Google restringen mucho, porque al final el tiempo de uso de una persona es privado, hacer esto complicaría mucho el desarrollo de la app y ahora mi prioridad es tener un MVP (Producto mínimo viable) y desde ahí mejorar la app.
