I would advise against blindly uploading data from the vendor into Amazon. Preferably, I would advise setting up a data lake or data warehouse to ingest data. You can create a developer account for the seller / vendor account. You can create scripts / cron jobs to build out pushes directly (through API) into your Vendor & Seller Central.

hopted for amazon sellers and vendors has bulk listing editing from spreadsheets (they call it writebacks) that allow you to send up to 100k listing updates. google for 'hopted writebacks'. and it costs around 60-70 usd. thye pull data in g sheets, u can choose some columns as editable. after editing you can review before submitting so kind of a governance of changes is there looks smth like this

If you're managing 60,000 SKUs I'd skip the off-the-shelf tools and just build it. Connect directly to your suppliers' FTP servers, pull the stock and price files on a schedule, map them to your Amazon SKUs, then push updates through the SP-API. Once it's running it's fully automated, you're just paying for hosting instead of another $500/month. I've built a few of these integrations and the hardest part is always cleaning up supplier data, not the automation itself. Inconsistent column names, missing UPCs, pricing in different currencies, that's where the time goes, not the FTP connection. Out of curiosity, how many vendors are you syncing with?

What you're after is a small middle layer that watches each vendor's FTP, maps their columns to your SKUs and pushes stock and price on a schedule, with a log so bad rows get caught before Amazon does. Some tools do pieces of it but the vendor mapping is usually where the off the shelf ones break, so a light custom connector tends to fit better. Can walk through how I'd handle the FTP side if that's useful.

At 60k listings the real risk isn't the FTP connection, it's ungoverned data flowing straight into Amazon and triggering suppressions or pricing errors at scale. A couple of people already nailed the technical path (SP-API plus scheduled jobs pulling the supplier files), and that's the right direction over a generic $500/mo tool. The thing I'd add from doing this on larger catalogs: put a validation and staging layer between the vendor feed and your actual submit step. Before anything posts, check for missing UPCs, currency and unit mismatches, min/max price guardrails, and MAP violations. That one layer catches the errors that otherwise go live across thousands of SKUs before you notice. Also batch your feeds by SKU groups instead of one giant push, so a single bad file doesn't take down thousands of listings at once. And log every submission report so you can catch partial failures, because Amazon will happily accept 9,800 of 10,000 rows and stay quiet about the 200 that failed. Honestly the supplier data cleanup is where 90% of the pain lives, not the automation itself. Inconsistent column names, missing identifiers, prices in different formats, that's the time sink. If building in house isn't realistic in the near term, a middleware tool is a fine bridge, but the guardrails matter way more than the price tag.
