I suggest you not to disable the update permanently. Just pause it for a month or something. That update usually includes a security update, which you might need. After the update, you can then debloat it again. However, if you don't care about that, you might want to take a look at https://github.com/aetherinox/pause-windows-updates. Take it with a grain of salt since I never tried it personally.
Sorry for not knowing but in the better case to pause them do you have another option or nkow of another method or the one you already provided can pause them, sorry for the bad english.
The one I provided claims to be able to extend Windows update pause duration and even clean up some bloatware. Though I never tried it personally. If you are planning to use it, make sure you trust the developer and know what you are doing since it looks like it's modifying the registry too. Anyway, if you decided to pause your Windows update for a long time, just be aware that you might miss some security updates or emergency bug fixes. Just like not long ago, there is update regarding overheating in some machine.
Try https://github.com/TechTank/AlwaysActiveHours and it can help prevent unexpected updates from getting applied. You still should apply the updates from time to time for security's sake, but MS should never pull the rug out from under a system, making it unusable by forcing updates whenever the hell it detects it as being idle like it does otherwise.

Given the fact that you have disabled Windows Update, I suspect you fall into that category of people that, for entertainment purposes, enjoy the process of smashing their kneecaps with massive sledgehammers. Also, the random use of the term "microslop" shows that you have jumped on a popular bandwagon - without having a clear idea of why, just because it's cool and all the other kids talk about it. Just my two cents, of course ...
