I think the question is: is there anyway or 3rd party app to remove the annoying system apps in android device. Answer: No. Only if you root your device.
Word salad remove Word salad system app
This is the way

No, it's impossible. We are always going to be just USER's with our own partition to play with.. Best you can do is give the app all the permissions you can give..
You can remove system apps using adb comands and usb debugging. If you want replace system apps ,you have to root your phone,
App Manager https://f-droid.org/packages/io.github.muntashirakon.AppManager USE IT WITH CAUTION ! First backup your device to an external storage. Turn "developer options" on by tapping on "build number" 7 times in android Settings > About Connect to a wifi network Open App Manager > accept everything > go to the app's Settings (can be found under 3 dots) > Mode of operation > Change mode > Wireless debugging > accept/allow > "Pair" > "Go" > Go down to "Wireless debugging" and tap on its text, not the option > Now turn on wireless debugging option > "Pair device with pairing code" > expand the incoming notification and enter the code > now pairing successful (you may need to repeat it if unsuccessful) Go back to the app, it should show "Working on ADB mode" popup > select "Debloater" option (can be found under 3 dots) > select "Safe to remove" marked app (if the app you desire to remove is marked unsafe, doing it may brick your phone) > tap white [ i ] button > select "Freeze" and then "Disable" (safer) or "Uninstall" (unsafe) Some system apps, e.g. DiagMonAgent in Samsung, have dependencies interwired. So, removing them becomes counterproductive. The dependent apps may constantly dump huge crash reports in the background causing the battery drain fast.
