Hello, good afternoon! I hope you are well! I'd like to know if there's a way to automate sending the same message to a WhatsApp group at a specific time! It would be something that was done every day. Is there an app? Or something I can do with my complete lack of knowledge? P.S.: This isn't WhatsApp Business, it's regular WhatsApp. Thank you so much in advance!

Regular WhatsApp is intentionally restrictive here, they don't allow scheduled messages natively on the personal app for anti-spam reasons On Android there are scheduling apps like SKEDit or Scheduler for WA that work by opening WhatsApp for you at the scheduled time and sending. They technically work but they need permissions, they can break with WhatsApp updates, and any tool that automates WhatsApp on personal accounts is against their terms. Your number could get banned if you do it at scale or too frequently On iPhone, you can use the Shortcuts app to schedule a message but it usually still requires you to tap send at the scheduled time. Fully hands off automation isn't really supported If this is for a group you own and it's important, honestly the cleanest solution is switching to WhatsApp Business which has this feature built in and legit. Or use Telegram which has native scheduled messages and no ban risk What's the message and how often are you sending it?? If it's daily to the same group there might be a way simpler approach
It's not spam at all... I have a relative who needs to take a pill every day... He sets an alarm, but sometimes he forgets to take it by snoozing the alarm. So I told him we should create a group chat just for the two of us... where I'll send a message at the time he needs to take his pill. He can only respond once he has taken the pill. The problem is that sometimes it's difficult for me to do it, because at my job I often need to not have my cell phone handy. If there's anything that can automate that message, it would help me a lot.
Zapier could do that but it might cost money. Or you could do it directly on Twilio studio I think.
autoreponder is more for replying to messages you receive, not really for "send this message at 8am every day" on its own you might need to combine it with something else like tasker or just use whatsapp web + a browser extension instead
same, been wondering about this for a while now
I also want to know this question 🙋♀️

En qué sistema? En qué equipo? Lo más sencillo es utilizar WhatsApp web y un script en phyton
For regular WhatsApp, the annoying bit is there’s no built-in scheduled send. Easiest low-skill route is usually an Android automation app that taps through the UI at a set time, but it’s a little janky and can break if the phone’s locked or WhatsApp changes the screen. Very much like duct tape, but it works for simple daily group posts.
I ran into the same issue a while back. Unfortunately, regular WhatsApp isn't really designed for scheduled messages. If it's just for personal use automation apps like MacroDroid can work. If it's business related or something you need to rely on every day, I'd probably switch to WhatsApp Business or another messaging platform with proper scheduling support
AutoResponder for WA can do that (and much more)
