I've been using chatgpt pro for personal heavy over the past two years for my business. I am now getting my assistant to strart using chatgpt as well. So I exported/imported the history into projects in a new business workspace so I can share it. Thr question is that it don't want to have every question that either of us ask be in that workspace, or else it will get crowded. But I need that even in the general space chatgpt has access to the information that was imported into the workspace. What is the best way to do that? According to chatgpt, information that is in the workspace is not available out of it. Thank you

Consider creating markdown files, storing them on GitHub and connecting to GitHub to reference said .md files.

I'd use github. It's made for code, but can store any text document. Just be aware of size limits and if your project needs to worry about that or not. Then enable the Github connector/app in ChatGPT and it can read/write/create/delete any of the stored files. Github is easy to setup and use. I used ChatGPT to create a very basic tutorial on it hot to set it up that might help: https://bortlip.github.io/SharedInfo/tutorials/github-chatgpt-setup/tutorial.html

Ask it. Seriously. Ask ChatGTP first the best way to active what you want.
