How can I pay my rocket mortgage with a credit card so I could qualify? I attempted to use softwares like plastiq and doxo but they don’t seem to work. Any tips or ideas? Thanks

Well i’d be okay with a 3% = $150 fee for $100k points

Don't pay 3%, the IRS is 1.75% or 1.85% for personal credit cards and overpayments on taxes will result in a tax refund. https://www.irs.gov/payments/pay-your-taxes-by-debit-or-credit-card

I can't imagine you're going to figure out how to pay your mortgage with your credit card without losing 3-5% on a fee of some sort. One time I hit a signup bonus easily because my dad was buying $2200 worth of stuff from Home Depot. We used my card to pay for it and he Zelle'd me the money right after.

As others said, prepay utilities (e.g. water/sewage, electric, cellular, etc.) or pick up frequently used gift cards at grocery stores. Last resort, particularly because it's near the end of the year, pay IRS taxes. The fee is 1.75% or 1.85% with a personal credit card and if you overpay taxes, you'll get refunded when you file for your tax return. https://www.irs.gov/payments/pay-your-taxes-by-debit-or-credit-card

Prepay utilities, buy gift cards for groceries, pick up the bill when you're out with friends and get reimbursed.
