[Acne] Sudden flare of cystic acne, help!

I had a lot of pimples on my chin 3years due to which I had a lot of scars. I used tret 0.1% and eventually moved to taz 0.1% within the last 2 years. Skin was glowing and scars were minimal. All this while I was using aza and my scars were fading away too. I ended up drinking too much alcohol and consuming a lot of cake/sugar over 2-3 weeks in the last week of June. About a month ago I started getting really bad cystic acne, 2-3 pimples would crowd together in the same location and become a huge pimple around my chin. Everytime an older one is about gone, a new one pops out. Sometimes there are 5-6 of them on my chin. Extremely painful. Ever since I tried everything - aza, hydrocolloid patches, icing my face, eating clean and healthy, drinking 1gallon of water, etc… recently I started eating one raw garlic every morning. Nothing seems to help. I have oily skin especially in my T-zone. AM routine - Neutrogena hydroboost cleanser, ice face, TO hyluaronic acid, Aloe Vera Gel Moisturizer (using this since 2 years because everything else breaks me out), neutrogena Clear Skin Sunscreen. PM routine - oil cleanser, Neutrogena hydroboost cleanser, ice face, Aloe Vera Gel Moisturizer. Sometimes I wash my face around 4PM because I’ve noticed it becomes too oily by then and I end up getting pimples if I don’t wash it often. Pls pour in any recommendations - related to skin care or any habits to improve hormonal acne/ gut health.
