Can anyone help me here? Chat support isn't going anywhere I have bought more codex credits but they just simply aren't going through. I am continuously being prompted to buy more.

I found the issue by calculating my token usage. I used 667M tokens over the weekend (🤯) which was more than they could auto charge me for. I had to buy more. There was no way around it. So I essentially had a negative balance.
Token usage can be found here https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/usage You should check your usage to ensure you aren't getting ripped off and billing is accurate before purchasing more credits.
I had the same issue today. My payment went through successfully (2,000 credits, invoice marked as paid), but my available balance didn't update afterward. Has anyone else experienced a delay before the credits appeared, or is there another step required to activate them?
