How do I write a prompt that improves an image without ChatGPT inventing new parts of that image?

I want ChatGPT to enhance some blurry screenshots so that they appear to be taken with a professional camera. Sometimes, it does this perfectly: Make this look like it was taken with a professional camera. Preserve the subject’s likeness, facial features, body proportions, pose, framing, clothing, and background. Do not invent details, outpaint, or alter their appearance. Most of the time, it decides to invent things in the background. For example, if half of a tree is visible, it will just invent the full tree despite the full tree not being in the source photo. ChatGPT hasn't been able to help me create a reliable prompt.

This guy prompts
In my experience, they respond better to absolute terms. "NEVER add anything to the original composition. ALWAYS preserve the details without distortion." Etc. Wording commands as invariants like that will lock-in intent better than any other method I've found.
Whenever I get something I don’t like, the first thing I do is ask ChatGPT to give me a prompt that will give me exactly what I need. About 75% of the time it works.
honestly i don't think there's a magic prompt 😭 if the model decides to hallucinate, it'll hallucinate
