So I just built this PC yesterday and everything was going fine. Everything turned on fine when it was in the case before I even hooked it up to the monitor. I went ahead and plugged in my Windows 11 USB, but when I turned on my monitor, it said DP No signal found. I made sure it wasn't plugged into my motherboard, but it still showed no signal found. Then, after turning the pc on and off a few times, my monitor would go straight to the BIOS screen and even after I exited it would take me right back to the BIOS. I enabled CSM after it was disabled cuz I saw it could help I was kinda desperate but that didnt do anything. I checked the boot tab and it didnt seem to be detecting my Windows usb. I tried the usb on my laptop and it showed up fine. No debug lights on my motherboard either. I tried again today and its not saying DP No signal found today but its just a blank screen now. Not even bios is showing up. I kept pressing del but BIOS isnt showing up. I was thinking of putting windows on another usb since I have the product key but Im trying to figure out why the initial one isnt working. Has this happened to anyone?

What flash drive, did you format it to fat 32. Also try a different usb slot, you should have several.
