I have this Frigidaire combo washer and dryer. We just lived into our new home and it’s not turning on. I tested the outlet for continuity and we do have electricity flowing through the cable. My thought could be the door switches that have failed but neither washer or dryer will activate. Thoughts?

Not sure what "testing outlet for continuity " means. Have you verified 240V between L1 and L2, then 120V from each leg to neutral?.
Door switch or not the right plug/outlet/voltage. Also, I got one that someone hooked the power cord/plug up wrong. Also, a word of advice. Unless you have a dedicated breaker in your panel, don't run both at the same time.
Since neither the washer nor dryer responds, I’d check the power supply before replacing either door switch. Continuity alone doesn’t confirm the outlet is delivering the correct voltage under load. Reset the double-pole breaker fully off and back on, then verify the outlet has the proper voltage across both hot legs. If power is correct, check the unit’s terminal block, power cord connections, and internal fuse.
