[Routine Help] Is there anything I can do to reduce genetic dark circles?
I have always had pretty dark dark circles. I did the skin pulling test and I think that it became lighter so it's genetic, so is there nothing I can do? I tried retinol (tret) once, my skin didn't like it. I just started using glycolic acid, but idk if…

Probably nothing much you can do. But using retinol (start with smth lighter for your eye area) could definitely help with some discoloration (if there is any), with skin firmness, anti aging.
For your eyes, genetically no. The best way is a mix of these solutions to make it the less worse as possible. Skincare: An eye cream with vitamin C. (Make sure it is in a eye cream form to not irritate your skin aournd your eyes.) And high SPF sunscreen to protect them from UV radiation. Make-Up: Peach color corrector concealer then your skin color concealer. Item: Wear big sunglasses to protect more your eyes.

Just learned that I’m not able to get rid of my dark circles becuase of the way my skull is shaped and genetics unfortunately. If getting more sleep, staying hydrated, changing your eating habits, and doing skincare doesn’t help it’s probably that. One thing that helped me was changing my makeup game where I did color corrector first before applying any of my concealer and foundation first. Also sunscreen and anything with vitamin C is your best friend. Good luck!
Not sure if this is helpful but I think those are actually really beautiful
