Dear forum, The time has come, I need a new build. Since I dont really know much about hardware and compatibility, once again, I need your help. It needs to run reallllly quiet and cool at the same time. I want to enjoy RT in the single player games with at least 60fps in 4k if possibble. My main online game is R6S, but that runs on a toaster pretty much. Any help or tip would be appreciated! Edit: Im willing to go over the budget if its a quality upgrade

Pcpartpicker is your friend Go for a 5080 gpu (Nvidia) 9800x3d cpu (Amd B650m mb (Eagle) 850w psu (Seasonic) 360mm AIO cooler (Corsair Nautilius) 32gb ddr5 (48 for safety) or 64 but that’s a lot of money (Corsair) cl30 more expensive(faster) cl40 cheaper (slower) negligible speed diff. 1-2tb ssd Samsung 100$ case that fits the mb
Now that I’ve seen you mentioned quiet Please do your own research about the quietest Nvidia gpu that can be obtained(no coil or just quiet) Aios also make some noise so you’ll have to take that into account You could go for a 4090/5090 but that’s a hole in your pockets that I highly don’t recommend. There’s many gpu models just check their specs for the quietest, same for aio, idk if a psu is even audible but you can check that one too. I never cared about this aspect but will pay attention in the future lol.

Ah, if you want to build a PC, go for it. For 4k, you most definitely won't be getting something average, but if you wait a bit, you can save money and maybe get something better. It's always up to you. Good luck with whatever you choose and you're gonna have a blast anyway.
Ok, that’s just not true, even if it feels like it. We’re in a AI bubble right now, things are crazy, but it is temporary. Sucks to have to build during it, though.
Especially higher end GPU’s and RAM. SSD going up a little too
And as the other fella said, maybe the prices go up. Who knows? But it kinda seems there needs to be a point where people will say, "My dude... What's with the prices? I'm not buying this."
About the quiet thing - I found picking my PSU last week that models like Corsair RMx or Gigabyte Aorus Elite only trigger fans at 50% load, so with enough headroom you can have them running silently in passive mode even when squeezing the absolute most out of your PC. Worth checking Hardware Busters' tests for the model you're eyeing, some trigger fans at much lower loads and are loud immediately when they do.
I don't usually comment on things about PCs, as I don't know much, but I believe prices are now insanely high. It would be good to ask other folks what's going on exactly. Maybe waiting a bit would be the best thing to do if you can.
Building now is fine if you are not budget limited, but be aware that 6 months from now, both Intel and AMD will have new generation CPUs with an expected very substantial performance bump. That said, if you go AMD, you can swap in the newer CPU later.
If you're willing to drop 4000€ on a PC you can get high end components even at current prices. The PC I put together with 9950X, 64GB RAM, RTX5070Ti and 4TB of storage currently adds up to 3.3k (VAT inclusive) on PCPartPicker (I paid less because I got some of the parts earlier).
Thats true, you are completely right. But the thing with me is, I cant really wait for stuff.. Im just impatient like a dumbass kid when it comes to irresponsible decisions
