2000 Honda civic brake replacement yesterday. Today the car is making rhythmic noises when hit the gas, cruising, or pressing the brakes. It seemed to be getting louder as I drove (approximately half an hour today). Any ideas what could be wrong? Edited to add video in comments with the sounds the car is making.

The brake disc seats were poorly cleaned the brake pads were installed incorrectly the brake disc guards were bent the calipers were not serviced (they stick)
