DISCLAIMER: I have weird allergies that I can’t explain or easily figure out and this is a known issue I have and have seen medical professionals regarding. This is not asking for medical advice. This is asking for product recommendations that I can look into and explore as I don’t know where to start myself especially when it comes to specifics like acne prone and combination skin type. I would love to hear your experiences with these and read your knowledge on the products so I can research and form my own opinion on them. I’ve been using the cerave blemish prone cleanser for a few years now and while my face is absolutely fine with it, it’s only just clicked in my head that my hands are not. They get itchy, dry and patchy red thanks to my weird allergies that I can’t pin down. Does anyone have any recommendations on what I can try that I can easily get in England? My skin is combination (changes between oily and dry with no triggers to what it will be on any given day), acne prone and it needs to be something that is as hypoallergenic as possible. I’m still figuring out what I am allergic to in the world as half of them have no rhyme or reason to them hence only just realising now what is causing my hands to be like this. For reference, my current skincare is this (and subject to change at any point for similar reasons to looking for a new cleanser): - Medik8 retinal - Corsx advanced snail mucin gel - simple sensitive lightweight moisturiser - mecca uvb uva spf50 sunscreen (the black bottle) - byoma milky toner - medik8 c-tetra advanced - elf cleansing balm (am going to change to a different brand once finished) - beauty of josen rice and honey glow mask (once a week) - mecca everyday face oil (when not wearing makeup) - round lab 1025 dokdo toner I am thinking of adding azelaic acid to my routine but have only recently added the dokdo toner so want to give that time to see what happens with my skin before adding anything else new. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated and I’ll be looking into every one provided! Thank you so much x

Why this La Rochay cleanser specifically? It contains SLES, Fragrance and has zero barrier supporting ingredients. OP I would try and pin down the ingredient(s) in the CeraVe as it’s likely one of its added preservatives. Have a look at Dermatica Gentle Cleanser
I do have dishydrotic eczema! I forgot what it was called and mainly get it on my feet and it only plays up every now and then so always forget I have it. Thank you so much, I am going to look into that!
Oh wow! I'm glad I could help! When mine flares up on my hands, cortisone 10 cream with aloe on damp skin makes a world of differenc to sooth/protect/heal, and Benadryl seems to help too. I minimize soap and water cycles on my hands; whether it's just a soap or just the wet/dry idk, but my hands get worse quickly when I overwash especially without using the cortisone after. I could definitely see correlating it with a wash product since flares would coincide!
If it is definitely from your cleanser, maybe vanicream cleanser is a good alternative, see if it looks like something you'd try! Worth ruling out dishydrotic eczema also; your title caught my eye because I have it and thought it was some weird allergic reaction for years before learning what it really is and how to manage it, finally have it under control now. It's not hard to manage once you know what you're dealing with, but it's super rough until you do figure it out, if it's that.
Go to boots and buy simple cleanser. Get the purify+gel cleanser. If don’t like it, go for La Roche Posay effaclar purifying cleanser.
