So I had this problem for a while now. I have all the tools to build websites and do marketing for people. I have a structured team that handles every aspect of automation from agents to ai receptionists and so on. My biggest problem is trying to find the people to sell it too. I have tried cold calling people, and to no avail. I also can’t do warm outreach since the people will expect it for free. I need a way to help people know that I’m trying to help their business grow. If anyone has any advice on this it will be greatly appreciated.

So if you can't market, how are you going to sell a marketing tool?

I make the ad creatives for businesses. But I what I meant was like Facebook ads are too expensive for me right now and I am looking for a good alternative even if it requires some work.

since you do creative marketing may i suggest a tool that can probably replace half of your stack? and help you steer those AI slop objections you're sure going to have to steer around?

i'd stop trying to sell "websites + ai + marketing" as one service.....pick one niche, one problem and one offer. for example, "we help dental clinics reduce missed calls with AI receptionists" is much easier to buy than "we do automation." also, outbound can absolutely work, but lead with a problem you've identified, not your services. if you're doing cold email, invest in good targeting and deliverability first. we've found that the list and offer matter far more than the tool you're sending from. that's where most people struggle.

You only need like couple of projects to get you going! Once you have those, you can show it to potential prospects. People/businesses like to see it visualy what they will be getting. One approach that I am experimenting with is to build and show them a working demo of the website or the agent. This usually opens us the conversation with tons of authority and better understanding what they will be buying/paying for.
