Coming from a 2011 CRV that got totalled in a collision. Seller says it’s in good condition (why would they say anything else). They said the touch screen doesn’t work (screen works just can’t use touch interface) but it seems like a real easy fix. Doesn’t have a safety certificate (required to get a car registered here) but I’ve found a reliable shop nearby who can do a Pre-Purchase Inspection. Assuming the mechanic says it’s all good, anything to look out for? I’ll check the body for rust of course but I don’t see any in the pictures provided. Research shows some of them have a torque converter shutter. How likely/serious/expensive is that?
