Cause I'm not super comfortable giving just ALL my identifying info over to openAI and also maybe there's better tools for it? I'd greatly appreciate any advice!

I mean, I have some questions regarding private matters like health stuff. Just wanted to ask what AI people are using for stuff like that.
please do not use llms for genuine health advice, especially small low power low knowledge local ones thatll run on old consumer grade laptops
Ohh that's an idea. I still think like that it's clever enough to put 2 and 2 together lol, and that the build profiles of people. Like with all that sensitive info combined, that feels like a gold mine to me, not just for training data but to sell data (and I'm sure they do in the background even if not legal). If they can and it's valuable, why would they not? It just feels iffy and for some stuff I'd rather use a local or different model, even if it's just to diaperse the data a little and not have it all tied to one account for one company to access and profile me as a user (hypothetically).
i put my gender as male in my personalisations; sol sussed me as female immediately.
So don't give private info to it?
put it in the third person, "asking for a friend...." also state your name and address somewhere in the conversation so it can't be shared legally because it contains pii.
i just remove names and send it 💀
