can anybody give me tips about this red acne thingies and how to get rid of them? and if it helps yall in terms of fixing my problem, i js switched to a face soap with potassium azeloyl diglycinate (or however thats spelled) in it about 4 days ago, and i use an acne spot treatment thing with salicylic acid every night.

i do everyday, but i found out that i kinda mistook the moisturizer that im using for the one that i was supposed to buy (which had centella).
Are you in the US?
Look for Post inflammatory erythema treatments. If you’re not doing so already I would use a moisturizer and sunscreen regularly
