Hello everyone, I am 18 years old. A year ago I started building an app that would mainly be used on PCs and it is essentially a b2b saas helping other businesses with their invocies that use Xero. The app will send reminders, warnings, pay now links on all platforms including Whatsapp and other cool features. To be frank, it was daunting to see how many people struggle to get customers with brillant ideas and projects. Is there a system or a plan that I should follow in order for this project to work?

Don't chase thousands of users. Chase your first five. Those five will teach you more than 5,000 website visitors ever will. Talk to businesses already using Xero and learn why they'd switch before thinking about scaling.
I don't have any users yet, but I've read stories of many successful founders, and there are several things that were repeating all the time: A lot of founders accidentally treat "distribution" as one thing. But, I'd split it into three stages: Get your first 10 users by talking to people directly (cold outreach, relevant communities, friends, etc.). Figure out why they stay or leave. Retention matters more than signups. Double down on one acquisition channel instead of trying five at once. So, founders who grow consistently usually master one channel before expanding to others.
I’d ask five Xero users to show you exactly how they chase an overdue invoice today. Where do they track promises to pay? Who sends the next reminder? What gets copied into WhatsApp or a spreadsheet? If the process already spills outside Xero, that’s probably your wedge.
