for acne scars maybe azelaic acid if you're ok to combine it with tret. maybe moisturizer before spf too. I dont like that spf too but if it works for you then ok.
Also, not sure if your cleanser at am is enough to wash off spf.
Otherwise seems good to me tbh

I think this is perfect as long as you tolerate everything well :)

I’m a 34 year old guy with a very similar routine, and I think the folks advocating an oil cleanser in the evening are spot on. I didn’t see the point for a long time, since it seemed like most of what I was reading online mentioned it being good for removing makeup, and since that wasn’t an issue I assumed a foaming cleanser would be enough to deal with spf. One of my friends convinced me to try hers, and it was the only time a skincare product ever made a truly immediate difference in how good my skin looked. I now use the Ordinary’s Squalane Cleanser every night followed by a foaming cleanser, and I think it makes a noticeable difference in how good my pores and overall skin texture look.

I think your routine looks great. Try adding in azelaic acid twice a day as tolerated to help more w the post acne marks.

You need something to chemically exfoliate. Tretinoin does not actually exfoliate the skin despite what some may think and the cleanser is not great for chemical exfoliation because it washes off. Introduce it slowly like 1-2x a week to see if your skin tolerates it.

What you have will achieve your goals in time. I'd ditch the Andalou and use the LRP full-time though.

Looks great to me. If you find your acne scar healing is at a plateau, I would look into professional treatment next such as microneedling or lasers. Sometimes topical skincare can only take you so far

Probably want to add an oil cleanser (LaRoche makes a fine one) to remove the SPF in the PM.
