My current set up is a laptop hooked up to a monitor. I think my specs for the new set up are good so I’m looking to also upgrade my monitors before the end of the year. Ideally wall mount supported, built in speakers, and black. Thank you in advance!

If you can upgrade the GPU and downgrade the CPU, you don't need all of that raw power with that not so strong GPU, buy a 7700 or 9600x and a 5070 or 9070 at minimum. For the monitor, just save enough for a decent OLED, at least in Italy you can find good deal for OLED monitor around 350€ (27" 1440p 240hz+)
I don't have a specific model to recommend as that's totally dependent on your budget but I can say that a an ultra wide curved monitor with at least 120hz refresh rate. It makes a works of difference.
