Could consider AMD if budget allows for Arc GPU with quicksync. Fine using like a 14th gen or the like if needed) - MOBO - PSU (not a cheapo) - GPU* (foregoing unless necessary for scenario above. I’m ditching my 1080Ti) I’d love some thoughts or ideas on any parts of this or actual build ideas. I’m open. I know prices are insane. My system is 10 years old and just want to get it upgraded.

Sounds good! Just double checked my list - you may want to go with an 850W PS or so - the one in my list only has 6 SATA power connections and I'm not sure how many you're using.

Just realized Microcenter has a few bundles. One with the ultra 7 270, mobo, 32gb ram for $699. Add in the other parts I need and it’s cheaper than this sweet. Thankfully I only live 20 min from one. This same bundle with the 250k, mobo and 32 ram for $599
