What's the best luxury SUV I can purchase for under $15k that can also tow?
I need to be able to tow ~4,000 LB minimum. Plus I want fully loaded with leather, sunroof and safety features similar to Honda Sensing.

For 15k you're not getting luxury, reliable, and 4k towing in one package. Pick two That budget puts you in older german stuff that'll drain your wallet on repairs. An early 2010s Porsche Cayenne can tow 7700 lbs and you can find them loaded with leather and panoramic roofs for under 15k. Just know the maintenance costs don't depreciate like the sticker price did If you actually need it to run more than it sits in the shop, look at a 2011-2013 Acura MDX. Tows 5k, has the safety features you want, and won't bankrupt you. The leather holds up decent too
High mileage lexus gx470 will do everything you need besides having modern tech. I’d trust a 200k mile Lexus gx over a 100k mile Audi / bmw / Mercedes suv

Maybe consider a Grand Cherokee with the 3.6 Pentastar and ZF 8 Speed? They’re pretty reliable.
Audi Q7. First gens are around $10k and have a 6600lbs tow rating. Similar maintenance as a Touareg. Prestige trims have radar cruise, front and rear cameras, blind spot monitoring, emergency braking alert, and more
