Help should I do a CPU upgrade?

It'll be minor improvement in GPU limited scenarios. Better frame pacing/1% lows. If that's worth it to you, sure. More noticeable uplift if you're playing at 1080p, not as much if its 1440p. I made the jump for a 5080, but probably wouldn't for a 5070.

It isn't so easy for me unfortunately, but if the difference is too big or worth it I may try to get it

if your GPU usage is maxing out at an unlocked framerate, no. 7600x is plenty of power for a 5070 at 1440p. Maybe if you play Valorant/CS2 or Tarkov religiously

A 5070/9070 is on the edge of where I'd say it's a fair argument as to whether or not DDR5 is even worth it in the first place. AM5 is a good platform, it's premium and not economy and any AM5 CPU can handle those GPUs. Even DDR4 platforms are often able to handle it, and so spending hundreds extra on a better GPU often works out better than spending hundreds extra on RAM. Unfortunately AM5 is over-promised, too many people hope that next-Gen X3D will save a weak GPU. A $300-$500 CPU unfortunately isn't a substitute for a $600-$3,500 GPU. Many, if not most, users will need to spend big money on a GPU upgrade before they will need to upgrade their AM5 CPUs.
