Barrier cream that isn't greasy? [Product Request]
I'm wondering if there are barrier creams that aren't greasy, or if that's just the nature of the product. I've tried both La Roche Posay Cicablast Balm B5+ and The Ordinary NMF with phytoceramids. Both are very greasy once rubbed in. Thanks in advance.

I actually used up a whole tube of the 345 cream. I didn't realize it's a barrier cream.
Barrier cream is really a marketing label. Any creams with an ingredient that supports your skin barrier can technically be a barrier cream.

Not all barrier creams are greasy, if you’re referring to ceramide creams then it largely depends on the formulation. Two lighter non greasy options you might like are Dr Althea 345 relief cream or Dr Reju-all advanced ceramide barrier cream
Try CeraVe PM! Light & barrier-friendly
If you want a true 3:1:1 ratio barrier cream, you're unlikely to find one that satisfies your brief... I mean all those fatty ingredients are going to have some greasiness. If you can tolerate a small amount of greasiness, Dieux's Instant Angel is one of the most cosmetically elegant 3:1:1 barrier creams out there. But it's not cheap! If, however, you don't require the 3:1:1 ratio, you'll find lots of other options. Remedy Skin makes good ones!
maybe Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream. It still protects my skin barrier but doesn't leave me nearly as shiny as some balms. I've also had good luck with CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion when I don't need something super heavy. Barrier creams often have a richer feel, but not all of them stay greasy after they sink in. It can take a little trial and error. Hope you find one that feels more comftorable because I know that greasy feeling gets anoying.

I LOVE elf’s Barrier Goals cream. Best one I know of personally and I use it any time my skin is having a skinsurrection day and pitching a fit.
When you say greasy, do you mean it stays shiny and feels heavy on your skin, or that it feels sticky and doesn’t fully absorb? If it’s more the first one, you could try the COSRX Ceramide Skin Barrier Moisturizer. It’s still barrier-focused, but the texture is supposed to be much lighter and less greasy than Cicaplast.

I use SkinFix triple lipid-peptide cream. A little goes a long way.
If you can afford it khiels makes the best barrier cream. Never breaks me out either which is rare for any kind of barrier products.
