start with 10 conversations before you do anything else. not pitches... conversations. reach out to 10 people who look like your ideal customer and say you are looking for feedback, not a sale. ask them: what is the biggest frustration you have with [the problem your product solves]? what have you already tried? what happens if you do not fix this? listen for the specific words they use to describe the problem. write them down exactly. when you go back to those same people or similar ones with an actual offer, open with their words back at them. not your features. their problem. 'you mentioned the biggest headache is X' is the only opener that consistently works. the mistake most first-time SaaS founders make is trying to sell before they understand what the buyer actually wants fixed. 10 conversations gives you the language to stop guessing.

Good man, why not make it as a forum ? With invite only access. I would love to collaborate as well.

Sure, man, how do you like to collaborate? Like adding logs for your website in that forum? Kind of like a marketing log for your <saas>.com?

Hey mate, I'm maintaining a log as I learn. If you want to learn it from here: https://candidtools.com/blog/organic-marketing-log

Cold outreach personalized to a specific pain point still outperforms generic campaigns for early stage b2b in my experience. (Just takes longer per lead)
