I need a new pc and my last few have been pre-built so i couldn't upgrade. I want a pc I can swap/upgrade parts when needed and be somewhat future resistant. My main thing is gaming and streaming so all i really want is a good gpu and cpu to play most new games. I used pc parts picker to make this list and want to know if it can be improved or if it will work great as is. My budget is about $1k to $1.5k but is a little flexible since i plan to buy the case, motherboard and cpu first then buy more as I can afford them. I didn't include ram because i have 16 gigs of ddr4 ram I can reuse (and ddr5 is too expensive), so I chose a motherboard with ddr4 slots. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/J2vhjG For gaming and streaming, you'll probably want to go with 32GB of RAM to allow you to play the more demanding, modern games and stream comfortably. I've added a 32GB kit in the list above, but if you're able to find a matching 16GB kit for what you already have then that could also work. A 12600KF is also a solid CPU option for modern games + multitasking, with 10 cores (6P+4E) and 16 threads. That cooler you chose will be fine for it and more than likely for any potential platform upgrade in the future. You'd want a motherboard with a stronger VRM design (no. of power phases) to handle the power draw of those Intel CPUs. That Gigabyte board you chose has a 4+1+1 power phase design, whereas the MSI board in this list has a 12+1 power phase design. It also has WIFI. Don't skimp on the power supply, especially if you want some longevity out of it for future upgrades. Go for a higher wattage and a better efficiency rating. The case just has 3 fans in the front already and a support brace for the GPU, its decent value.
