Should I upgrade my current GPU or wait?

I'm in Canada and deciding whether to upgrade now or wait a few years until the GPU market prices come down. Currently on: CPU: Ryzen 5 5600 GPU: msi trio oc 3060ti 8gb Ram: 32 GB DDR4 MOBO: Gigabyte B550 AORUS PRO AC PSU: Corsair RM850x (2021) I currently game on 1080p at 165hz, however im planning to get a 1440p 240hz oled monitor soon. So I'm not sure what to get, but I also dont want to spend a ton; I just want good fps on some AAA titles at 1440p. I mostly play competitive esports like Valorant, R6 and Deadlock. I was thinking of getting some used GPUs: 7900XT (766 CAD), 9070 (873 CAD). The MSRP of new GPUs is currently crazy. Would appreciate feedback from you all.
