Hi guys, I'm trying to verify our new UK ltd business with our payment processor and wanted to know whether I can get any of these docs straight away without waiting for a reply from the accountant as they are so slow. They have asked us for either one of the below docs to be sent to them. Acceptable forms of ownership verification: - Confirmation Statement (Annual Returns) - Certificate of Good Standing (Certificate of Corporate Status) - Certificate of Incumbency - IN01 (Application to Register a Company)- dated within 12 months - Register of Members (Shareholder Register) - UK Companies House Portal Printout - Register of Persons with Significant Control (PSC) (Ultimate Beneficial Owner Register) I feel the companies house ones I can get right now (but I could be wrong), is it just a pdf print of the company details on companies house? All the others I feel I’d need to wait for my accountant to get for me.

Thank you for replying. I was thinking this but I'm not fully sure what the companies house portal actually is as I have recently just created the business through a third party. Do I need to log into companies house and go to 'your companies' and add company?
you can definitely grab a printout from the Companies House portal right away. just log in and download the details as a PDF, that should cover you for ownership verification while you wait on your accountant for the other docs. quick and easy!
