I'm literally playing at 4k with my 5060Ti 16GB. Main reason I went with this over a 9060XT 16GB is because DLSS4 is so good and so widely available in most every demanding game of the past five years. You can use DLSS Performance and the game still looks good and you'll get a huge amount of performance(if GPU-limited). Completely opens up the ability to play at 4k so long as you optimize settings a bit. 1440p will not be a problem. EDIT: Also, even in demanding games, so long as you can get to 50-60fps, you can then use Frame Gen to at least get the visual fluidity of high framerates and take advantage of a high refresh rate monitor. Works well in most cases if you limit it to just 2x. Though I'm still ok if I can 'only' play at 60fps.

dlss on quality With DLSS4 and 4.5, even DLSS Performance looks pretty great most of the time.

I feel like your information is just very out of date. DLSS Performance is very usable now with DLSS 4 and 4.5. Genuinely looks as good or better than DLSS2/3 in Quality mode most of the time.

I don't know, I have a 40 series and I use it on quality because I can see that performance looks worse than quality

and i feel like you don’t know what you're talking about at all. i recently bought my 5000 dollars pc and i have a youtube channel that's completely about PCs. i know exactly about new dlss. the transformer model and dlss 4.5 and present k and L , and that present L is a much heavier model that is used for ultra performance mode and etc. f we're talking about these kinda things , then yeh , even a 4060 can handle 4k and 1440p if you're using dlss and change the settings, but that doesn't make 4060 a 1440p or 4k card , before getting my pc , i was working with a 4060 laptop and i have tested it and it work. when i was buying my pc i search about 5060 ti 16gb too , it can run 1440p okay , but it's not a 1440p card , say whatever the F you want but don't say shit like " you're out dated" , i work with pc every day and i don't need to explain my self to likes of you.

You should, you have the vram to play them, and if you wanna use dlss on quality you should also be able to have pretty high graphics quality and a good FPS while playing in 1440

5060ti can handle 1440p just fine, especially with DLSS 4.5. I would only consider 1080p if OP primarily plays competitive titles, in which case they’d STILL want a higher refresh monitor.

since you have a low refresh rate monitor I would say yes. 1440p monitor is getting as cheap as 1080p. go to monitors unboxed and see their recommendation.

just go search the youtube and see how well 5060 ti can handle 1440p and 1080p , and then decide to get a 1080p (like i said in other comment) or a 1440p monitor ​ , I'm really in no mood to arguing with these people. but remember, dlss at 1440p , look good on quality and balanced mode , performance mode is okay but meh. yep , good luck.

5060ti 16gb is more of a 1080p card than 1440p , it can play 1440p but it shines at 1080p get a high refresh rate 1080p monitor, something like 1080p 240 hz or 180hz , that way you can benefit from multi frame generation too. consider getting a 24 or 27 inch monitor ( 24 inch will have a better ppi and look sharper)
