I live in a 3rd world country where our currency is not fully supported, but after some research, I found out Dodo Payments actually support it. The SaaS targets some agencies in my country, so this isn't an international project. I was using Paddle with Euro currency since it's the second most used currency here. I still have no subscribers yet, so there won't be much problems for migrating. Is Dodo Payments legit even though its relatively new? And is selecting my currency there means the users will be paying the exact amount I'm typing, and not just something close to that?

It's a good option and works without problems. The only thing is that you have to meet their requirements and comply with their registration policies and company and product authentication.
Dodo is definitely legit, though you're right to call out that they are new in the market. Full disclosure: I work at Freemius, and we've been in this space for over 11 years. If you're weighing different options, feel free to ask me anything about how we compare.
