Messenger leads on meta.

Hey! Made a new campaign with messenger conversion instead of the usual instant lead forms. I did not add any text in the question part, just used the greeting for a hello + direct question. could that be a reason for no leads popping up? For this business we usually get tons of $3-$6 CPL leads, lead flow is the last problem. No leads on this new campaign since launching (friday) Thank you!!
