I have been running google ads quiet a lot and guess what i do good bit of spam and bot clicks plus visitors are not converting fast. I am spending a lot and was thinking if there is any other way to gain more sales. I post on tik tok too but I don’t think people are ready to convert there yet. Where else can I get better conversions?

How do i do that?

DataDome, Human Security, or Polygraph (I work there). Avoid IP address blocking (gimmick) and "AI detection" (garbage). I'm not a fan of Cloudflare and Akamai as they're easily bypassed.

Make sure you have a product with a lot of value, that you yourself would be excited to buy. Sometimes it's the product, not the ads, that don't connect.

That's not even marketing, it's basically advertising online. To me, answering such questions involves knowing more about the target audience. For example, if my target audience is not searching online, then Google Ads are not a good match because they rely on online search behavior. That's not common, but I even had a case when digital marketing didn't work but billboards worked really well. When talking to customers, I noticed that people in that region stopped paying attention to the internet, and wanted more evidence of the company being present in that city. If people are not ready to convert, I may do market research to understand why and see if I can change that instead of switching from one platform to another. And the customer behavior may show a combination. For example, TikTok may increase awareness, then people search that on Google. In this case, conversations are the results of TikTok and Google combined.

Depends on your product but there’s a ton of different mediums out there. If you want to stay with something similar to Google you could do meta ads or native ads

the traffic source might not be the problem your offer or landing page could be

good bit of spam and bot clicks Add competent click fraud protection. It'll stop the bots' fake conversions and re-train the ad networks to show your ads to humans. You'll get an 80%+ improvement with Meta Ads in around one week, and an 80%+ improvement with Google Ads in around three weeks.
