At random times—whether the system is idle or under load—the fans start making a loud humming noise. I tried lowering their speed in the BIOS, following a YouTube tutorial, but it didn't have any noticeable effect. I also applied an undervolt of -40. My setup consists of a Gigabyte RX 9070 XT, an AMD Ryzen 7800X3D, and an Endorfy Fera 5 Dual Fan cooler. At idle, the processor runs at 52 degrees. Pls help…

i see when degrees of cpu get higher little bit —> fans going louder much

Shouldn't be anything random about it, should happen either in a very specific rpm range for some fans, or when the sound waves of multiple fans cause resonance. Either way it's fixed by manually controlling all the fans on OS side (because you need to deal with the gpu fans as well!) and figuring out which fans cause it, then, at what rpm it happens, and then either setting up curves to avoid that range, or replacing the fans with something better.
