Hey guys So basically my old laptop is dying. I already have a computer for gaming for this one would be just for basic stuff Web surfing, watching movies, and mostly being able to stream them without any issue because I watch movies like that with my long distance GF. We just call on like meet or something and I or she stream a movie or something that we watch together. So honestly thats the main use, probably a good screen(OLED) and enough ram matter most unless I'm mistaken. If the camera is good it's nice too. For the size, I think my old laptop is around 14. I'm from EU btw. And for the budget I was hoping to not spend much given thats basically all I'm gonna do with it. Definitely below 1000euros(if possible noawadays..) Thanks

Specify the country where you prefer to buy. Pricing and availability and most of all keyboard layouts differ significantly within the EU. Samsung Galaxy Book Edge 14 (config code NP940X) tends to be available around 850€, has 1800p OLED screen, very efficient Snapdragon X Elite CPU, 16GB RAM. But for the usage you described, iPad Pro 13 M4 might be more convenient, has an awesome OLED now, and it has a better selfie camera than any laptop.

Lower resolution screen, basically vertically extended FullHD. It could be better for 4K movies. Well the french KB reduces the options a lot. The cheapest hi-res OLED I could find is https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B0DCW29TD9
