[Hair Removal] Does sugaring damage facial skin?

What other options could i consider that are fairly cost efficient and safe?

Thanks! Is lazering safe or can it cause hyperpigmentation/scarring?

honestly sugaring is probably the gentlest option you've got for facial hair removal. way less irritating than waxing because it only sticks to the hair and not your skin. been doing it for years on my upper lip and zero issues. if you want something even cheaper just get a dermaplaning tool off shopee or lazada. like 200 pesos and you're set for months. no redness no irritation and your skin feels insanely smooth after. people are scared of it but it's genuinely so easy once you try it once

sugaring seems gentle. other gentle low cost and safe options are hard wax (ie 'stripless' wax) and threading (takes longer and therefore the most painful but also cheapest. a good threader will still be fast)
