Hi everyone! For the first two decades of my life, I never really bothered with sun protection and spent a lot of time outdoors. I think that's the main reason I now have quite a bit of hyperpigmentation (sun spots) on my face. I also get the occasional pimple, and the post-acne marks seem to stick around forever. Over the past few years, I've become much more consistent with skincare. For the last year and a half, my routine has been: Glycolic acid twice a week (at night) Tranexamic acid on the other nights SPF 50 sunscreen every morning, with reapplication in the afternoon The problem is... I honestly haven't noticed much improvement. My dark spots look pretty much the same, and it's getting a little discouraging. Does anyone have recommendations for products, ingredients, or routines that made a significant difference for stubborn hyperpigmentation or post-acne marks? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
