Bought a 4tb HMB SSD, should I Replace my 1tb DRAM OS NVME, or my 2tb HMB game drive?

I just bought a 4tb Samsung 990 Evo Plus SSD. I only have 2 m.2 slots, so I can either replace my OS drive, which is a 1tb 980 Pro, it has a 1gb dram cache. Or I can replace my 2tb MSI M482 dramless SSD. I'm not sure how important dram cache is now, I'm assuming it's not as important as it used to be. The only thing of note is that one of the games I play is extremely unoptimized and pulls assets in live while playing, but I think that's more sequential reads and shouldn't really be affected. I'm assuming I should replace my 1tb 980 pro. Edit: I have a 9060 xt 8gb in my 2nd slot. I am using it for dual gpu frame gen for LSFG and AFMF, this has its own benefits. I also use it to offload gpu accelerated processes like the browser + discord. Browser doesn't really do much, but it does help when I share screens on discord.

Can't really comment on that, however i should point out you can buy pci-e add-on cards that let you install more ssd's beyond what's on your motherboard, like this for example: https://www.newegg.com/p/17Z-0061-000D4 So if you have a unused pci-e slot it might be worth looking into that as well.
My second slot is being used for a 9060 xt 8gb as a second GPU frame gen card. It's useful for AFMF dual gpu + LSFG dual gpu with my 4k 240hz monitor. It's a weird setup, but I got it for $250 and it does reduce frame gen latency + looks good if you have 100+ fps base. Edit: I also offload some other gpu accelerated processes to the 2nd GPU like discord screen share.
I fortunately bought a 26tb HDD for $240 a year or two ago, but I do have an adapter with a 512gb SSD. I just figured I'd be better off selling the 1tb or 2tb ssd to offset a decent bit of the price. The adapter I have is also only getting a bit over 1GB/s since my highest bandwidth port is USB 3.2 Gen 2
If you're only using it for your OS there's really no point in switching over to the 2TB and makes sense to get more money from it.
Asus Prime B650 Plus. I can't get an m.2 expansion card since my slots are being used up. 9070 xt in my main slot, 9060 xt in my 2nd slot. Also the fastest port is USB 3.2 gen 2, which is 1gb/s. Plus, selling one of the SSDs to offset the price would be nice.
Well replacing the OS drive is gonna be a bigger pain. But that will get you more storage overall. I dont think there's much reason to concern yourself over DRAM vs HBM or whatever, especially just for gaming. On the other hand, you'll make more money selling the much newer and higher capacity MSI drive. *shrugs* No real right/wrong answer here.
What's your motherboard? Why not get an M.2 expansion card?
I would replace the 2TB and use it for media if you don't have an HDD for it, personally. Put it in an adapter or something.

If you don't need that much storage sell the 2tb and put it in that, if you need more storage do it with the os drive, running a wd sn7100 since a year (it's dramless) and there's not been a single stutter/speed issue for me
