Hello everyone! I have a Kitchenaid refrigerator (KRMF706ESS05) that is roughly 2 years old, and the left door has started to droop. As you can see in the video, it has sagged just enough that the guide pin on the door flap (the articulating mullion) completely misses the guide slot at the top of the fridge frame. Right now, I have to physically lift up on the door handle to align the pin so the door can fully close. Has anyone dealt with this issue or know how to adjust the door height to fix the sagging? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It was on the right side, but not the left.
Are both doors flush at top when closed
Some doors have adjuster screw in the bottom through the hinge open freezer door and look up under hinge of fridge door
Or if you had to adjust feet cause of floor it will throw off the doors

It’s not level. Most kitchenaid fridges adjust the left side door via leveling. Otherwise, shove a shim under the bottom hinge to lift the door.
Easiest solution: Loosen the screw holding the million on. Pull up on the million, re-tighten screw. Problem solved
Assuming the unit is level, could you MacGuyver a “U” shaped washer type of piece to fit around the opening mechanism on the bottom to jack the left door up? What does the bottom opening mechanism look like?
