Need advice whirring accelerator pedal

Hey guys, I have taken my car into 3 seperate dealers on four different occasions and we cant seem to get this problem resolved. Sound used to occur after about an hour towing a 2.6t caravan. Seems to be coming from the accelerator pedal. Sound comes more frequently now and car doesnt have to be under tow. It comes on through the first couple of degrees of press on the pedal, then as I press through it, it typically goes away. Altho it seems the harder the car is working and the hotter everything is the sound will stay on for longer and louder. Dealerships have taken apart my dash twice and blamed it on rubbing wires. Any advice would be very welcome. Thanks in advance.
