just use a google sheet, itll do everything you listed without the monthly fee or some bloated platform nobody will actually learn we tried a couple of the paid ones and ended up back on a shared sheet within 6 months
Tekmetric is one of the better options I’ve seen. Also, ShopWare and Shopmonkey. There are lots, it’s going to come down to your budget and what specific features you value.
