2018 Honda hrv LX Hi, this high pitched noise issue started a few months ago, but I only hear it during extended highway driving (10+ miles). It kinda sounds like cicadas.The sound ramps up the longer I go, and continues on side roads after I've exited. It doesn't come back for street driving. The worst it ever happened it got very LOUD and then suddenly stopped, and the TPS light triggered. This video was after I'd just exited the highway and the sound stops when I'm breaking. The mechanic reset the TPS sensor and pulled a pebble out of something, but didn't hear the sound and didn't see any issues. It's still happening .(I didn't yet realize it was triggered by high speeds.) Thoughts on what I should tell the shop to look at? Thank you!!

Could be a bad brake caliper binding/not retracting all the way so your pads are constantly rubbing. This could explain why it gets worse when driving, metal gets hotter and expands, leading to more rubbing
