P650B power supply enough for RTX 5070 ?
Will a Gigabyte P650B power supply be enough for an ASUS Prime RTX 5070 ? I have an i7-12700f cpu with the RTX 4060 right now and was thinking of getting the rtx 5070.

The official website recommends 750w. I'd trust that. While it could technically work, PSU is the one thing you want to be extra sure on.
I would probably replace it, to be honest. A 12700F doesn't draw a huge amount of power, but it's not an efficient design either. The 5070 likewise doesn't draw a huge amount of power, but it's less efficient than the 4070 before it. The bigger issue is that it's rated C on the SPL list, and it would need to use an adapter for the 12VHPWR connector. In the US, you can pickup a SAMA G750 unit for only $72, which has more-than-enough wattage, is well-made enough to be rated A on the SPL list, and has a native 12VHPWR connector. Your existing unit would PROBABLY be fine, but given the mediocre build quality, the wattage consumption of your components, the price you'll be paying for the 5070 in the modern market, I think a PSU upgrade would be $72 well-spent.
If money is a concern, check out SAMA G850. It's A tier on SPL's tier list. It's around $105 CAD on Amazon right now. PSU's operate best with under 50-60% load.
Wattage-wise, that should be fine. I've got basically the same cpu/gpu, and combined they pull about 400W. However, if you can get a 750W PSU, you can have a bit more breathing room/better efficiency. I also personally don't trust Gigabyte to make anything at this point.
People still buys Gigabyte PSUs after that scandal that Gamer Nexus featured?
