Facebook Page Restricted from Advertising - Losing My Mind, Please Help.

I'm seriously frustrated at this point. Whenever I try to run Meta Ads, I get this message at the Ad Level: "Your Facebook Page got restricted from advertising." The weird part is, when I check Page Health, everything is green and it says "No Issues Found." I've been trying to fix this for over a week, but nothing has worked. My boss keeps asking me every single day, it's already been a week. Why haven't you solved this yet?" The pressure is getting to me. I also tried contacting the Meta Support team, but I can't even find a way to connect with a real support agent. Has anyone faced this issue before? How did you fix it? Any help or guidance would honestly mean a lot right now because I'm completely stuck.

Page Health being green does not clear an advertising restriction. It reports a different enforcement surface. Check this in order: In Business Support Home, inspect the Page, ad account, your user account, and the Business Account separately. Record which asset actually shows a restriction. Confirm the ad account is using the intended Page ID and that the Page is owned by the expected Business Account. Also confirm your user still has full control, not task-only access. Open a fresh unpublished ad draft with the same Page. If the error appears before review, capture the Page ID, ad account ID, Business Account ID, exact message, and timestamp. That gives support an object-level mismatch to investigate. Request review from the restricted asset in Business Support Home. Do not create replacement Pages or ad accounts, and do not keep changing assets while the case is open. That can make the ownership trail harder to explain. Decision rule: if Business Support Home identifies a restricted Page, appeal that Page-level decision. If every asset is clean but the same error repeats in a fresh draft, treat it as a status mismatch and escalate with the IDs and screenshot, not as a creative rejection.
