I recently bought an AMD 9060 16GB. I already had a 5600g, but in competitive games there's a lot of bottlenecking, especially games that are more CPU-intensive, like Valorant and Overwatch. My question is, is it worth it for me to get a 5700x which has double the cache? Or I'll just go straight for the 7600x, spending almost double on an AM5 kit. Will I see a big difference between the 5700x and the 7600x? Will it be worth spending twice as much?

Will I see a big difference between the 5700x and the 7600x? A decent difference. Will it be worth spending twice as much? Probably not. Because there's a secret third option: the 5500X3D. Grab one off Aliexpress for like $160. It'll be faster than the 5700X - beating the 7600X in some scenarios - and cost waaaaay less than an AM5 upgrade.
If you can actually move to AM5 for twice the cost of a 5700X, that's an incredible deal and you should do it. The RAM alone should cost twice as much as a 5700X, such that the actual cost is four times as much. If you can literally move to AM5 for only twice the cost of a 5700X, do it, because your national market is giving you an exceptional discount. But in the US, I'd advise you to get the 5800XT, which is a bit more than 5% faster than the 5700X for less than 5% more $ according to pcpartpicker. (Depending on your cooling and PSU, of course.) The 5800X3D is also an option, but at $350-400, then AM5 starts to be a consideration, again.
